Admission Requirements
College Degree or above, and over 3 years’ working experience in real estate and related industries as a manager
Application Progress
You need to fill in application forms which you can download from our website. (You can also contact with CCIM Institute China National Administrative Center, we will send it to you through fax, mail or E-mail.) And the applicants can send their application forms back via mail or E-mail or come directly to the National Administrative Center. After your application is passed, we will send you the Acknowledgement and Payment Notice.
Application Checklist
· Application form and the introduction to your organization and project
· Two visiting cards
· Copy of your ID card and Passport
· Copy of your diploma or the record of formal schooling
· 10 standard photos for the US passport (as well as a digital version), Please write down your name on the back of the photo with pencil.
Tuition and Fees
Tuition Fees:￥RMB 58,000 (include the course, textbook, HP Financial calculator, Teaching aids commercial software and the lunch expenses. (not including other meals, living expenses and the transportation fees.)
Vocation Qualification Fees:US $ 600 (for registering the CCIM member), RMB 1000 (for the first CCIM qualification investigation)
Fees for the Comprehensive Examination: RMB 5000
(Not including translation fees for the qualification application material of the candidates)
The tuition fees should be pay off 20 working days before the opening of the class. If you apply for the course 20 working days before the opening of the class, you need to pay off immediately.
We will hand over the invoice to the student.
If you need to cancel the signing up, we will charge 5% of the tuition as the commission charge.
