Larry K. Baumgardner CCIM

Larry Baumgardner specializes in the development and leasing of neighborhood and community shopping centers. He has experience in all phases of center development from site acquisition to permanent loan financing. In 1987, he formed his own shopping center development firm. Larry was a ”Subject Matter Expert” in 1990 and 1997 for the CCIM Institute’s CI 102 Market Analysis course re-writes. He is a past chairman for the Institute’s Designation Courses Committee, CI 101 Committee and CI 102 Committee. Larry is a past president of the Kentucky CCIM Chapter and has served as a Director for 15 years.


Phil Nesrallah CCIM
 
Phil began his career in commercial real estate in 1986. Following his CCIM designation, he became an instructor in the program in 1989 and has been invited to facilitate courses across Canada & the US as well as in many other countries worldwide. He is also an approved instructor for the Ontario Real Estate Association's licensing education & continuing education programs. In 2007 the CCIM Institute presented Phil a Special Recognition Award for his contribution to the CCIM Education Program. He has also received recognition from the Puerto Rico Assoc. of Realtors; the International Real Estate Research Center at the University of International Business & Economics in Beijing; and the Higher School of Realty in Perm, Russia. Phil has been an active volunteer on committees at the Ontario & Canadian Real Estate Associations, and has served on the Board of Directors for the Ottawa Real Estate Board & CREA. He is past Chair of the Commercial Services Division of OREB and of the National Commercial Council of CREA. He currently participates on OREB's Discipline Cttee and the CCIM Institute's Education Cttee. Phil is President & Broker of Record for Nescorp Realty Ltd. in Ottawa.


Carl G. Russell CCIM

Byron A. Smith CCIM
 
Byron Smith, Sr. is the owner of Metropolitan Realty Group, Inc. located in Vienna, Virginia, that has a focus in the office and multi-family asset classes. For more than 32 years, Byron has been active in the Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia real estate markets as a real estate attorney, broker and investor. He has served as an attorney for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as well as a senior attorney for a Washington D.C. law firm. Byron is a member of the Institute's Board of Directors and has served as the 2005 chairman of the Institute's Faculty Committee, the Institute's 2006 Presidential Liaison for Education and the 2007 Chair of the Body of Knowledge Committee. He is the former President of the Virginia CCIM Chapter. Byron is a senior member of the CCIM Institute's faculty and has educated commercial practitioners throughout the world including China, Russia, Japan, Taiwan, the U.K., Canada and Poland. Byron provides commercial real estate education and training services for both national and regional firms. Byron is a graduate of the George Washington University and the Rutgers University School of Law.

Richard E. Juge CCIM
 
Richard E. Juge is a lifelong resident of New Orleans and has worked exclusively in the industry of commercial real estate. In the wake of Hurricane Katrina I am more committed to rebuilding our city and metro area. I hold the CCIM, SIOR (Society of Office and Industrial Realtors), and CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designations. My accomplishments include being honored for the largest commercial office leases in 1997, 2000, 2001, & 2002, the largest special purpose transaction in 1998, the largest industrial lease of 2004, 2005, and 2006 by the N.O. Metro Commercial Investment Division. I am a senior instructor for the CCIM Institute for Intro, 103, and 104. I was recently elected to serve as the CCIM Institute President in 2010. I have served on the Board of STDB Inc. as well as a founding member of the CCIM Partners Advisory Board. Local involvement includes having been president of our local CCIM Chapter, CID, State Coml. William H. Moss CCIM

William Moss is Vice President of Acquisitions for Colonial Properties Trust. Colonial is a publicly held Real Estate Investment Trust (CLP) listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The UPREIT has multi-family, retail and office assets in excess of $5 billion. CLP’s assets are located throughout the Sunbelt from Virginia to Florida to Nevada. Prior to his current position, Bill worked with Colonial as an independent contractor doing both company and third party brokerage and leasing. Additionally, he has developed in-fill for sale garden home projects and miscellaneous apartment properties retained for permanent ownership. Bill served as President of the Alabama CCIM Chapter in 1989. On the national level, he was Chairman of the CCIM Institute’s Regional Activities Committee in 2000, Chairman of the Faculty Committee in 2002, and Chairman of the CI 103 Course in 2003. He served a six year term on the Institute’s Board of Directors and was Chair of the CI 104 Course in 2005.


Robin Dyche CCIM

Robin Dyche has been a CCIM Senior Instructor since 1981. He has served on almost every education committee and has been very active in course rewrite and delivery. He has brokered, sold, leased and syndicated all types of Real Estate over the years and his practice now is primarily limited to industrial, warehouse and manufacturing. Joseph Larkin CCIM
 
Joe has been in real estate since 1977. Since that time, he has become a recognized and respected leader in many phases of commercial real estate. Joe's business activities involve corporate and investment sales and leasing of office, retail and industrial properties. Joe also provides consulting services for businesses and investment transactions. Last year Joe was honored as the recipient of the Business of the Year Award. Joe has been in commercial and investment real estate business since 1977. Mr. Larkin specializes in corporate real estate services and investment real estate services across the country. Built an 18 person company to over 40 agents with 4 divisions and closed over $100,000,000 per year in sales and leasing transactions Senior Vice President and Principal with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker from 1990 in Kansas City, MO Headed their Kansas City Investment Division and helped create in-house training program Colliers University President of Greenleaf Properties, Inc in 2005 now developing three shopping centers and an office park in Johnson County, KS.


Karl Innanen CCIM

Karl Innanen has quickly become a spokesman for the investment real estate market in Southwestern Ontario. He was able to dovetail his economics education from the University of Western Ontario with the practical experiences working in the real estate brokerage field since 1990. Karl's expertise is in understanding and analyzing client's needs in relation to the dynamics of the market, and formulating strategies that will enable the client to attain their business goals. Mark Cypert CCIM

Mark Cypert, CCIM, is Managing Director and Principal of Cawley Partners where he has overall responsibilities for managing the firm’s private equity real estate investment funds. Since completing its initial capital raise in mid-2006, Cawley Partners has acquired 1.7 million square feet of value-add office and flex properties in multiple markets throughout the United States with a total value of over $204 million. During his 25 year career, Cypert has participated in 16.6 million square feet of office, industrial and retail acquisition and development ventures with a total market capitalization of over $1.5 billion. Prior to joining Cawley Partners, he served as Senior Vice President for CRT Properties, a NYSE office REIT, where he led the firm’s Southwest and Mid-Atlantic Divisions. Mr. Cypert received his CCIM designation in 1995 and is a Senior Instructor for the CCIM Institute. He is currently serving on the STDB Board of Directors, the Body of Knowledge Committee, and the 2008 Instructor Training Seminar Committee and is the CI 102 Course Chairman for 2008. He received the CI 102 Instructor of the Year award in 2007. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University, with a degree in Construction Engineering Technology.



Tennyson Williams CCIM
 
Tennyson Williams is the founder and Managing Partner of Southpointe Partners and is responsible for spearheading the firm's strategic focus, recruitment, and financial planning. Tennyson has previously served on the institutional real estate teams of John Hancock Financial Services in Boston, and Prudential Real Estate Investors in Atlanta. In addition to being a commercial real estate broker, Tennyson is a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and is registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission, holding series 22 and 63 status. Tennyson has delivered numerous real estate and market lectures for entities such as the Russian Guild of Realtors and Beijing University, and he has served on various educational faculties including the following: - New York University, School of Real Estate - Urban Land Institute, Development/Finance Program - CCIM Institute, Senior Instructors - Real Estate Apprentice Program (REAP), Faculty Advisor Tennyson also contributes human and financial resources to various charitable causes including the Hosea Feed the Hungry program and Junior Achievement of Georgia.
