William H. Moss CCIM   Working in Commercial Real Estate Since 1975 William Moss is Vice President of Acquisitions for Colonial Properties Trust. Colonial is a publicly held Real Estate Investment Trust (CLP) listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The UPREIT has multi-family, retail and office assets in excess of $5 billion. CLP’s assets are located throughout the Sunbelt from Virginia to Florida to Nevada. Prior to his current position, Bill worked with Colonial as an independent contractor doing both company and third party brokerage and leasing. Additionally, he has developed in-fill for sale garden home projects and miscellaneous apartment properties retained for permanent ownership. Bill served as President of the Alabama CCIM Chapter in 1989.
